The Hong Kong Wireless Technology Industry Association (WTIA) and the InfraValley Inc. (InfraValley) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on 23 Sept 2004 that sets forth the framework by which both will jointly promote wireless technology and build cooperative ties between both regions.
