Mr Yeung is the Executive Director of Hong Kong Productivity Council. Before joining HKPC, Mr. Yeung was the Director and Chief Operating Officer of an investment company focusing on investments in logistics, technologies and financial services. Prior to that, he was the Deputy Managing Director of the Hong Kong Air Cargo Terminals Limited (HACTL). Mr Yeung served in HACTL from 1975 to 2000 and oversaw the companys operations
The Trade and Industry Department (TID) invites SME proprietors to join the 2003/04 Mentorship Programme, which is run by its Support and Consultation Centre for SMEs (SUCCESS) in partnership with 42 leading trade and industrial organisations. The Programme aims to provide an opportunity for SME entrepreneurs to learn from and be guided by accomplished entrepreneurs, senior executives, and professionals through one-to-one free counselling. SME entrepreneurs who run locally registered companies employing fewer than 20 people in Hong Kong and are established for less than five years are eligible to apply for the Programme. Each SME entrepreneur admitted to the Programme will be assigned a mentor for a period of nine months. Mentors and mentees are expected to meet each other at least three times during the period.
